Every property* that has been listed on Stay-Maui.com has pledged to us in writing that they will offer to our guests their lowest prices available anywhere and therefore we are able to make that same pledge to you.
Our Guarantee:
If, within 24 hours of booking an accommodation* through Stay-Maui.com, our guest notifies Stay-Maui.com that they have located a better price for the exact same accommodation on the exact same dates and the exact same terms on a competing website, then Stay-Maui.com will make arrangements with the property manager to either match the price or cancel the reservation at no cost to the guest.
*Other than GDS Properties. GDS (Global Distribution System) provides Stay-Maui.com with booking information on approximately 100 HOTELS on Maui. Although GDS strives to always receive the lowest possible updated & current rates that are inputted by the Hotels themselves, human error may cause discrepancies beyond the control of Stay-Maui.com or the GDS
